Background & Education
Dr. Jensen was born and raised in Casper, Wyoming. He later served a two-year mission in Bolivia for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where he became fluent in Spanish—a skill he continues to use to better connect with patients in Southern California.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University and completed his medical education at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona (graduated around 2015).
Residency & Training
Dr. Jensen completed his surgical residency at Chino Valley Medical Center in 2018, where his training emphasized rearfoot reconstruction and ankle surgery.
He has also served as adjunct faculty at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona and previously worked as a civilian physician at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton.
Professional Affiliations & Certifications
Dr. Jensen is board-certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery in both Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, reflecting his expertise in both surgical and non-surgical management of foot and ankle conditions.
Practice & Special Interests
Dr. Jensen joined Anaheim Hills Podiatry Group in 2017, where he trained and practiced under the mentorship of Dr. Jeffrey Katz, DPM. Their shared appreciation for classic rock music led to a longstanding professional relationship, and elements of Dr. Katz’s vinyl collection are displayed within the clinic.
His clinical interests include limb salvage, amputation prevention, and flatfoot reconstruction. He provides both inpatient and outpatient care throughout the greater Los Angeles area.

Dr. Jensen is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to effectively serve a diverse patient population across Southern California. He is frequently recognized by patients for his clear communication, compassionate bedside manner, and ability to combine clinical expertise with a warm, approachable style, reflected in consistent 5-star patient reviews.
