Background & Education

Dr. Jensen was born and raised in Casper, Wyoming. Following high school, he served a two-year mission in Bolivia for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where he became fluent in Spanish. This language proficiency continues to help him connect with and care for a diverse patient population throughout Southern California.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University before pursuing his medical education at Midwestern University’s Arizona College of Podiatric Medicine in Glendale, Arizona, where he earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree (2015).

Residency & Training

Dr. Jensen completed his surgical residency at Chino Valley Medical Center in 2018, where he received extensive training in foot and ankle surgery with a particular emphasis on rearfoot reconstruction and complex ankle procedures.

In addition to his clinical training, Dr. Jensen has contributed to medical education as an adjunct faculty member at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, mentoring and teaching future healthcare professionals. He also previously served as a civilian physician at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, where he provided comprehensive podiatric care to military personnel.

Dr. Jensen is board-certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery in both Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, demonstrating advanced expertise in the comprehensive medical and surgical management of foot and ankle conditions.

In addition to his board certifications, Dr. Jensen maintains active affiliations with leading healthcare organizations and is committed to staying current with the latest advancements in podiatric medicine and surgery through ongoing professional education and clinical practice.

Practice & Interests

Dr. Jensen joined Anaheim Hills Podiatry Group in 2017, where he trained and practiced under the mentorship of Dr. Jeffrey Katz, DPM. Their shared appreciation for classic rock music fostered a strong professional relationship and lasting friendship. Today, Dr. Jensen’s extensive vinyl record collection is displayed throughout the clinic, reflecting his passion for music and adding a unique personal touch to the practice.

Dr. Jensen has a special interest in limb salvage, amputation prevention, diabetic foot care, and flatfoot reconstruction. He is dedicated to providing comprehensive foot and ankle care through both inpatient and outpatient settings across Southern California, utilizing the latest surgical and non-surgical treatment options to help patients maintain mobility and improve quality of life.
